Given its festive trajectory, the City Council of Ontinyent, at the proposal of the Society of Festeros del Santísimo Cristo de la Agonía, has appointed Estefania Conejero Salinas as town crier of the Medieval Market for the next 2024.
Estefania Conejero, in terms of her professional profile, has a degree in Early Childhood Education from the Faculty of Valencia, the extension of Ontinyent and technical guide, information and tourist assistance in the IES Serra Mariola de Muro de Alcoy.
So, after having worked in different schools and companies he decided in 2016 to work with his mother in the family business La tienda de Sali, a store in the Sant Josep neighborhood with over 40 years of experience.

His appointment as town crier of the Medieval Market has pleasantly surprised him and faces the challenge with great responsibility and much excitement. And of course, is very grateful for the confidence that the Society of Festeros has placed in it. She hopes, despite her youth, to be able to transmit experiences and knowledge about her work, which is closely linked to the theme of sales and products.
