Data of interest

Comparsa founded in 1948 by a group of friends mostly from the party world. Over the years, it has become the most numerous troupe at our Festivities. Revelers have left it to form other troupes such as the Saudis or Arquers.

The troupe’s gala dress consists of a red fez with a white Venetian-style turban and a half-length white robe covered with a blue petticoat with yellow trim, adorned with two golden moons in front and one behind. The outfit is complemented by a blue sash with red and yellow stripes with two braided fringes hanging from both legs and a white and brown striped cape with a hood. The dress is adorned with a golden metal collar and bracelets, a leather sarong and a wooden and metal shotgun on the shoulder. The footwear is blue shoes with an ornate yellow vamp and white high socks.

The second outfit consists of a white gellab with vertical stripes in brown with a hood, a red fez, leather sarong, white high-toed slippers and white high socks.
