Data of interest

Founded in 1975 when the boys Artur, Ron and Afonaítos decided to leave the sea and become knights and disciples of the Burgalian nobleman Ruy Díaz de Vivar. The name of Cides overthrew the initially pretended Conquistadores.

The clothing they wear comes from the designs of the founding member of the troupe Luis Delgado Rojas, who stuck to the Christian warrior canons and introduced some Valencian allegorical elements referring to King Jaume I such as the shield.

In 2007 they eliminated the helmet giving way to a metal coronet and the dalmatic was modified in terms of hoses and length, eliminating the meshes of the legs.
